Due to the global impact of COVID-19, and the associated worldwide travel restrictions, it is with disappointment that I write to inform you that the 23^rd International Conference of Racing Analysts and Veterinarians (23^rd ICRAV) will now take place on 23 – 30 October 2021.

The health and safety of ICRAV delegates, attendees and their guests is the Organising Committee's top priority. On behalf of the Committee Members, I would like to extend my sincere thanks for your support and understanding in making the difficult decision to postpone the conference by twelve months.

The rescheduled event will remain at the Kerry Hotel in Hong Kong. Registered delegates have the option to receive a full refund or maintain their registration for the following year.

Full details of the postponement arrangement are attached and will be available through the conference website (www.icrav2020.com).

Meanwhile, the conference continues to accept abstract submissions and will provide further updates via email and on the website.
