Registration

Conference registration and accommodation booking can be completed online. The 23^rd ICRAV is pleased to offer discounted registration rate to delegates who reserve accommodation for 5 nights or more in the conference hotel (Kerry Hotel) at the time of registration.

Registration will be reopened in early 2021.

Non-members (Non-AORC/IGSRV members other than accompanying persons and sponsors) who wish to participate in the 23^rd ICRAV are required to seek prior approval from the ICRAV Management Committee before registration by writing to the 23^rd ICRAV Secretariat (info@icrav2020.com). Codes will be provided to approved non-members for registration.

Registrations from non-members will not be proceeded if approval has not been granted in advance.

Delegate's registration fee includes:

• Access to all oral and poster sessions as well as ICRAV lectures
• Conference pack (including name badge, abstract book, souvenirs etc.)
• Coffee breaks and luncheons
• All social events (except AORC/IGSRV dinner and Conghua Excursion Tour)
• Conference proceedings

Accompanying person's registration fee includes:

• Excursion tour with dinner on 24 October 2021
• Welcome reception on 25 October 2021
• Racemeeting with dinner buffet (except minors) on 27 October 2021
• Gala dinner on 29 October 2021

Sponsor's registration fee includes:

• Coffee breaks and luncheons
• All social events (except AORC/IGSRV dinner, Racing Laboratory and Equine Hospital visits, and Conghua Excursion Tour)

Conghua excursion tour includes:

• Transportation between HK and Conghua
• Hotel accommodation
• Meals and refreshments

Registration policy

• Registration will only be confirmed after receiving the FULL PAYMENT of registration fee. If not received in full within five days after registration, the registration may be considered cancelled.
• Delegates have to register AND reserve for 5 nights or more in Kerry Hotel at the same time to enjoy the discounted registration rate.
• Payment for registration fee can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or through bank transfer.
• For a non-member delegate, prior approval must be obtained from the ICRAV Management Committee before conference registration. Registration CANNOT be confirmed without the approval from the Committee.
• All registrations will be verified and audited. The organising committee reserved the right to reject registrant who has provided incorrect registration information including but not limited to membership category. In such case, refund for any cancellation is not guaranteed.
• The organising committee reserves the right to change the registration policy without prior notice.

Cancellation and refund policy

• Upon online registration, full payment will be deducted from your credit card or should be arranged by bank transfer.
• Cancellation or alternations of registration must be made in writing to the Event Manager at icrav2020@connexustravel.com, and the refund (if any) will be made after the conference.
• Any cancellation or reduction in the number of nights reserved in Kerry Hotel may affect the discount for conference registration if any.
• No refund for any cancellation after 15 August 2021 or no show.
• 50 % refund for any cancellation after 15 July 2021 and on or before15 August 2021.
• 90 % refund for any cancellation on or before 15 July 2021.
• The organising committee reserves the right to change the cancellation and refund policy without prior notice.
